    Can I make self-raising flour?

      Yes absolutely. I simply add 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to all-purpose flour. Some recipes call for salt but I don't always add this, depending on the recipe I'm making! Happy cooking!

    How much honey should I use to replace sugar in a cookie recipe?

      You can use around 1/2 to 2/3 cups of honey for every cup of sugar that the recipe calls for. The texture might be slightly altered but the sweetness will be similar! Happy cooking!
